FaL-G for Mass Housing Scheme

Fly-ash Houses for Sustainable Development

The Fly-ash building materials manufacturers’ association (FABMAS) has taken up the challenge of building 4000 houses under the Vambay scheme at Ajithsingh Nagar in Vijayawada, A.P India. The progress of work is very brisk and is being considered as the pilot project under the VAMBAY scheme announced by the Prime Minister Mr Atal B. Vajpayee in 2001.

This would be the launching pad for promotion of low cost, durable houses for the urban poor people. Fal-G TM is the technology deployed, using industrial by-products for building material products in India in the interest of meeting the sustainable development criteria and social responsibility.
